Families helping families

Thank you for thinking of donating to Community London South - we’re a community project and in order help families we need donations from people like you!

We want the bundles we give to families to feel like a special gift so we ask you to please only donate items you would use with your own children or give to ones you love. No stains, holes, rips or tears please.

We kindly ask that all clothing is freshly laundered before donating. You can discover why that’s so important here.

What we need right now

WINTER CLOTHES REQUIRED URGENTLY

Due to the cost of living crisis we have received lots of referrals so urgently need donations of winter clothes for all ages three plus.

A lot of the requests we receive are for 11 year old girls and boys that wear sizes 12, 13 or 14 so we accept donations for these sizes too.

You can recycle any unwanted/old/stained (but clean) clothes at participating H&M and M&S stores for textile recycling, or take them to your nearest textile recycling bank (check your council website).

For larger items such as buggies, cots etc, please get in touch with your local baby bank - Little Village has a very useful map of baby banks here
